OUR STORY

We are a movement. A movement that began in the streets of Medellin in the 80s. Three children who were dedicated to doing what children know how to do best: Survive. Like many of us, our life began uphill and without a map under our arms. We had to move, and change cities, friends, family, tastes, and colors; and this movement allowed us to survive and distance ourselves, and that is how we were able to Evolve. And evolution brought us to the place where everything started, but with a new mindset, full of love, compassion, kindness, joy, and optimism, the same attributes that never left the fertile mountains of our Colombian territory that give rise to: Café Pazífico Origin 10.2

During the last 20 years we have worked in the field of peace and reconciliation in different parts of the globe, especially throughout the length, width, and density of our beloved Colombia. Cafe Pazifico is the result of all those experiences, conversations, struggles and joys. Every time you drink a cup of Pazífico coffee, you will keep the peace and reconciliation efforts in movement, so we can contribute to a thriving society, in which we can sit at the table with those who think differently, and share a cup of coffee without judging us, but accepting ourselves: That is evolution.

We believe that we are in a historical moment in which we can stop focusing on survival, and learn to live, to enjoy life, our land, and relationships with others cooperatively: We can move from surviving to thriving. But we cannot do it alone; it is the entire Society that must get moving. Do you want to join us?
